The incident occurred on the North Orbital Street, close to the McDonald’s in Garston, Hertfordshire, at round 2pm right now (Friday, October 1).

The North Orbital Road is at present shut between the junction close to Vue Cinema and the junction onto St Albans Street. Emergency providers are attending to the incident.
