Coastguard rescues males on paddleboards

Three males needed to be rescued by the coastguard after one was seen to be „having problem“ staying on his paddleboard.

The boys have been simply off Cullercoats Bay with two paddleboards and an inflatable kayak on Friday afternoon (March 12) once they caught the eye of the coastguard.

HM Coastguard paged the Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade who approached the boys and escorted them again to security.
